The Peugeot 304 is a long version of the 204. This saloon, which was shorter than the 504, had a coupé version with a hatchback boot from 1970. The S version gave the Lioness a sportier look. Marketed from March 1972, the Coupé S boasted an 80bhp engine! A French-style 70s bomb. Despite its qualities and attractive looks, the model was withdrawn from the catalogue after three years. This made the 304 S Coupé a highly sought-after vehicle for collectors.
